Data Steward

As a Data Steward (Development AI) at our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, quality, and consistency of data within our enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and other mission-critical platforms. Your responsibilities will include managing and harmonizing data across multiple systems, identifying duplicate records, and aligning with organizational data governance policies. This position is essential for maintaining accurate data to support business analytics, decision-making, and operational efficiency. Your core job duties will involve serving as the primary contact for maintaining data quality and consistency across various technology systems, identifying and merging duplicate or conflicting records, standardizing data formats and naming conventions, conducting routine data audits, collaborating with IT teams to understand data structures, and developing strategies for reconciling data between systems. Additionally, you will enforce data governance policies, document data workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to define data ownership and accountability. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in data stewardship or data management, a strong understanding of data management principles, hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems, proficiency in data manipulation tools and data integration tools, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be required to participate in the hiring process, which includes an initial screening interview, two technical rounds conducted by the US-based team, and a final evaluation round.
