Senior Data Scientist – AI / NLP / GenAI
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid – 2–3 days/week onsite)
Experience: 4-8 years | Contract: 6 Months (Extendable)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, and LLMs to join our team in Bangalore. This role requires deep technical skills, business acumen, and the ability to deliver actionable insights from complex datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine data-related requirements.
• Design and implement data models, AI/ML algorithms, and analytics solutions.
• Build and fine-tune Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) for industry-specific tasks.
• Perform data mining, preparation, and statistical analysis using Python and related libraries.
• Leverage Databricks for code development and deployment through jobs and pipelines.
• Build and deploy Azure-based data pipelines.
• Conduct data quality checks and implement automated validation processes.
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, NLP, and GenAI.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras).
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, NLP, and Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI SDK, Transformers.
• Expertise in SQL for data analysis and pipeline development.
• Practical experience in Databricks and Azure Data Engineering.
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and transformer models.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of core Data Science/Analytics experience (IT/software/data engineering experience is a plus).

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
