Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the leadership, Product, Technology, Risk, and Marketing teams to drive data-driven initiatives.
Proven expertise in modelling for business, customer analytics and growth strategies.
Build models across the customer lifecycle (propensity, pricing, collections).
Optimize acquisition funnels and campaign strategies.
Leverage alternate data to enhance customer models.
Drive collections and recovery strategies through data science techniques.
Review, refine, and optimize existing models and analyses.

Must-Have

Experience & Skills:

Hands-on experience in building ML models for growth, risk, or customer analytics.
Proficiency in Python and SQL.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have

Experience in business strategy or analytics initiatives.
Exposure to credit risk modeling and scorecard development
Someone who has worked on ML models building scorecards
