Data Scientist

We are hiring for a Data Scientist with,

• 7+ years of experience in

  data science

  , machine learning, or AI-related roles.

• Expert in Python

  , including libraries like scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong understanding of

  core ML algorithms

  : supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques.
• Experience with

  LLMs

  and building

  GenAI applications

  using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
• Deep knowledge of

  RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

  and integrating knowledge bases with LLMs.
• Understanding of

  agentic AI

  principles and ability to design autonomous AI workflows.
• Proficient in

  Prompt Engineering

  : crafting, testing, and refining prompts for accuracy, reliability, and depth.
• Problem-solving mindset with a strong ability to

  think smart and solution creatively

  under constraints.
• Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and version control (Git).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to

  understand business requirements

• Design, develop, and deploy robust

  and AI-driven solutions.
• Work with

  LLMs (Large Language Models)

  RAG-based architectures

  to enhance generative capabilities using external knowledge sources.
• Explore and apply principles of

  to build autonomous agents capable of reasoning and task execution.
• Leverage

  Prompt Engineering

  techniques to optimize interactions with LLMs for specific use cases.
• Write clean, efficient, and production-ready

  Python code

  , integrating with APIs, data sources, and front-end systems as needed.
• Conduct model evaluation, A/B testing, and performance tuning.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the development of best practices and reusable components.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in ML, AI, and GenAI ecosystems.
