Job Description

Education & Experience

Bachelors or masters degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering) or equivalent industry experience.

Analytical Expertise

5+ years in an analytical role with a proven record as a data scientist, or applied ML.
Strong knowledge of data matching, record linkage, or entity resolution techniques.
Comfortable performing statistical validation of models or rule-based outputs (e.g., sampling strategies, calculating Skills :
Proficiency in databases, spreadsheets, and statistical tools, with advanced expertise in SQL, Python, data mining, and BigQuery analytics (Google Cloud).

Data Storytelling

Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives.

Large-Scale Data Handling

Experience working with large, multi-dimensional datasets and solving complex analytical :
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Industry Knowledge (Preferred)

Experience in payments, eCommerce, or financial services is a plus.
Experience designing or maintaining rule-based systems (fuzzy matching, regex, lookup tables, etc.
Familiarity with MDM tools/platforms or prior experience with master data & Insights (Preferred) :
Extensive experience in designing, executing, and analyzing experiments for product and feature launches.

Communication & Influence

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, persuasive insights
