Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist with 2–3 years of experience who is passionate about solving real-world problems using data. In this role, you’ll work on cutting-edge projects involving predictive modeling, natural language processing, and advanced analytics that will directly shape business decisions and innovation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and statistical models for solving complex business challenges.
• Work with large datasets to perform data wrangling, cleaning, and feature engineering.
• Build and optimize models using Python/R and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to identify use cases and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and integrate models into production environments.
• Apply NLP, deep learning, and advanced analytics techniques where required.
• Create intuitive data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
• Stay ahead of the curve by exploring cutting-edge technologies in AI/ML, big data, and cloud-based analytics.
• Document methodologies and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Skills & Qualifications

• 
  
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python (R is a plus).
• Proficiency in machine learning algorithms, deep learning models, and statistical techniques.
• Solid understanding of SQL and working knowledge of databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Knowledge of big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Hive) is an advantage.
• Experience with NLP and unstructured data handling is desirable.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
