We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our POC project team focused on AI-driven automation of test case creation and refinement. If you're passionate about LLMs, VLMs, prompt engineering, and building real-world AI Agents — this is the role for you!

🔍 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Design and implement AI solutions using LLMs, VLMs, and prompt engineering

• Automate test case generation and refinement for user stories

• Extract and interpret data from images, documents, and unstructured sources

• Analyze codebases for testability using AI-driven techniques

• Implement and fine-tune AI Agent frameworks for QA automation

• Continuously optimize model performance and accuracy

✅ 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or Data Science roles

• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) and prompt engineering

• Practical knowledge of Vision Language Models (VLMs)

• Strong background in AI-driven testing automation

• Proficient in Python and common ML frameworks

• Experience extracting structured data from unstructured content (images, docs, etc.)

• Understanding of code analysis and test case design
