Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Scientist with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid foundation in machine learning, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources. Develop, implement, and evaluate predictive models and machine learning algorithms. Perform statistical analyses to extract insights and support business strategies. Visualize and communicate results to stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data-driven approaches for business problems. Monitor and improve the performance of deployed models. Stay current with the latest research and developments in data science and machine learning. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 2–3 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or a related role. Strong proficiency in Python and its data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.). Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Plotly. Solid understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and algorithm design. Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Show more Show less
