Job Description

Role & responsibilities Work with large and complex data sets (both internal & external) to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies Build and maintain scalable ETL pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to enable efficient data access and processing Strong hands-on expertise in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and complex querying of structured data Experienced in Python with strong skills in data scraping, cleaning, manipulation, and analysis using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow with at least 3-4 years of hands-on experience Experience in building and deploying machine learning models (regression and time series models preferred), with at least 23 years of hands-on experience Highly proficient in Excel for data mining and analysis, using advanced functions, formulas, charting, toolbars, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, conditional formatting, pivot tables, VBA & Macros, simulations, and solvers Devise and implement data-driven strategies and effectively communicate key insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making Build dashboards, support data needs, and provide analytics and customer insights. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline Proven working experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst, with at least 4 years of experience in customer data analysis; prior experience in the OTT domain is a plus Proficient in tools and technologies like Python, SQL, Tableau, Looker Studio and similar BI platforms Proven experience in developing, training, and deploying machine learning models especially regression and time series — to solve real-world business problems Excellent communication skills and ability to translate high volume data dumps into meaningful reports & insights Result oriented approach and ability to recreate proven models in any given scenario We are seeking candidates who can join in 45days Max and the hiring is for senior & intermediary roles as well Perks and benefits Work from Home, Great Work Environment, Above Market Salary
