This open position is for Armanino India LLP, which is located in India. Responsibilities
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business decisions and strategiesDevelop machine learning algorithms and statistical models to forecast revenue, expenses, and other key metricsCollaborate with finance leadership to identify reporting needs and create dashboardsthat visualize trends, KPIs, and business driversWork closely with IT and Finance teams to ensure seamless data integration and compliance with security protocolsGather, extract, clean and manipulate raw data from various sources to support analysis and reportingEnsure the accuracy, quality, and security of financial data, maintaining compliance with industry regulationsCreate scalable and automated solutions to improve financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processesStay informed of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and financial technologiesProvide expert guidance and support to colleagues in the finance and IT departments, fostering a data-driven culture within the organizationContribute to the evaluation and selection of financial data tools, platforms, and technologiesParticipate in the planning and budgeting process, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, finance, or a related field4+ years of relevant work experience, including supporting United States based organization Proven experience in data science, with a focus on financial analysis and FP&AProficiency in statistical techniques, machine learning models, and data visualization toolsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departmentsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical team membersSelf-starter, able to formulate and conduct analysis with minimal supervision and complete projectsHybrid work environmentWork hours are from approximately 3 to 11 pm local time to enable strong relationships with the US based teamKnowledge of ERP and financial systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle is a plus
