AI Engineer

• An experienced AI Agent Engineer who can lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent AI agents for enterprise use cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and multi-agent orchestration, along with practical experience building solutions using generative AI frameworks.
• Design, build, train, test, and optimize machine learning algorithms for various applications like natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Create and manage the infrastructure for AI development and deployment, including data transformation and automation for data science teams.
• Deploy AI solutions into production, often using cloud platforms, and transform models into APIs for integration with other applications.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns that
• guide model development and organizational decision-making.
• Work with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop AI strategies and ensure successful implementation.
• Ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and free from bias by adhering to ethical AI principles and practices during development and deployment.
• Monitor the performance of deployed models, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance to ensure they remain effective.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with:LLMs: OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, Cohere, etc.
• Agent frameworks: LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, etc.
• Orchestration: Python, FastAPI, Redis, Celery
• NLP: Transformers (HuggingFace), spaCy, prompt engineering
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS
• Good understanding of memory, planning, tool use, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Good-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud is important for deploying and scaling AI solutions.
