Job Title: AI Engineer (Fresher – 0 to 1 Year Experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic AI Engineer with a strong foundation in Python and Machine Learning concepts. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, able to understand logical workflows quickly, and possess good communication skills in English.

You will work closely with our AI and development teams to assist in building, training, and deploying intelligent models and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in integrating ML models (NLP, Reinforcement Learning, or decision systems) for adaptive automation.
• Support data preparation, feature engineering, and model training processes.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to design and improve AI-driven workflows.
• Participate in building prototypes and proof-of-concept AI applications.
• Document processes, model performance, and assist in performance tuning

Required Skills:

• Strong Python programming skills (mandatory).
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts such as NLP, classification, or reinforcement learning.
• Ability to understand and apply data modeling concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English – ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
• Quick learner with a passion for AI and automation technologies.

Good to have:

• Familiarity with LangChain, Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT or GPT-4.
• Experience or exposure to RPA tools or intelligent automation frameworks.
• Prior experience (academic or project-based) in building chatbots or intelligent assistants.
