Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven solutions into our recruitment platform. Continuously evaluate and refine algorithms to enhance performance and accuracy. Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge. Required Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience in the recruitment or HR tech industry. Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques. Knowledge of cloud platforms and big data technologies.
