Staff Data Scientist

What You’ll Do:

Architect large-scale recommender and ranking models.
Design autonomous agents for real-time decisioning and optimization.
Partner with engineering & product to turn research into scalable systems.
Lead experimentation frameworks bridging causality, personalization & business impact.
Mentor and raise the data science bar across teams.

What You Bring:

M.Tech/PhD or equivalent in CS, ML, or related field.
9+ years building & deploying production ML systems at scale.
Deep expertise in personalization, ranking, causal inference & transformers.
Strong with
PyTorch / TensorFlow / JAX
,
NumPy / Pandas / SciPy
.
Experience with
LLMs, RAG, IR, and reinforcement learning
.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for impact & iteration.
