Senior Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and AI models for real-world use cases
• Lead the development of data pipelines, feature engineering, and model performance tuning
• Translate complex business problems into analytical solutions using statistical, machine learning, and deep learning techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and domain experts
• Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to extract actionable insights
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and data science tools/technologies

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Data Science, with 4+ years specifically in AI/ML model development and deployment
• Strong expertise in Python and popular data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Experience in end-to-end model lifecycle: data collection, preprocessing, modeling, deployment, and monitoring
• Proven experience with real-world AI/ML applications such as NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics
• Good understanding of MLOps, model versioning, and reproducibility practices
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Plotly)
