Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications
• Design and implement RESTful APIs using

  FastAPI

  and other modern web frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Work with the DevOps team to deploy and manage applications in AWS environments
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in

  Python development

• Strong experience in

  web application development

  using

  FastAPI

  and at least one other web framework (e.g., Django, Flask)
• Good knowledge of

  AWS services

  (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch)
• Familiarity with REST API design, microservices architecture, and cloud-native principles
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a

  team lead

  or

  technical lead

  role (even in a partial capacity)

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• CI/CD pipeline experience
• Familiarity with frontend integration and tools like React or Angular (optional)
