Job Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytical models to support workforce planning, talent management, diversity & inclusion, employee engagement, retention, and performance.
Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts, providing technical guidance, thought leadership, and coaching.
Define and drive the People Analytics data science roadmap aligned with business and HR priorities.
Apply techniques such as clustering, classification, regression, time-series forecasting, and natural language processing (NLP) to extract insights from structured and unstructured employee data.
Collaborate closely with HR, Talent, DEI, and Business Leaders to identify key workforce questions and transform them into analytical use cases.
Work in partnership with HRIS, IT, and Data Engineering teams to ensure high data quality, model integration, and scalable solutions.
Present insights, visualizations, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in a compelling and accessible manner.
Promote ethical use of employee data, ensuring privacy, fairness, and transparency in all analytics solutions.
Stay abreast of latest research and trends in people analytics, organizational behavior, and applied data science.
