About the Role

Data Science & Business Analytics Mentor

Key Responsibilities;

• Mentor learners in

  Data Science, Business Analytics, and related tools/technologies

  .
• Conduct live classes, workshops, on to one doubt-clearing sessions and WhatsApp support.
• Provide project guidance and feedback to ensure hands-on learning.
• Share practical insights from industry experience, bridging the gap between theory and practice.
• Support learners with career-oriented guidance (resume building, interview prep, etc.).
• Provide personalized guidance on

  capstone projects and case studies

  .
• Teach practical applications of data science in

  business problem-solving and decision-making

  .
• Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to

  curriculum development

  to align with industry needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications;

• 3+ years of industry experience

  in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Python, R, SQL

• Data Visualization

  (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)

• Statistics, Predictive Modeling, Machine Learning

• Business Analytics techniques

  (forecasting, optimization, dashboards, KPIs)
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable

  business insights

  .
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Preferred Skills;

• Experience with

  Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  .
• Familiarity with

  Big Data tools (Hadoop, Spark)

  .
• Prior mentoring, teaching, or corporate training experience.
