Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Privacy Manager with strong technical implementation capability and sound understanding of global data privacy standards. The candidate will be responsible for managing privacy operations, implementing controls, and ensuring continuous compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement privacy frameworks based on GDPR, CCPA, and other global regulations.
• Perform privacy impact assessments, data mapping, and gap analysis.
• Execute privacy control implementation across cloud, applications, and enterprise systems.
• Support development and enforcement of privacy policies, SOPs, and compliance processes.
• Work with technical teams to ensure adherence to data protection requirements.
• Assist in managing DSARs, privacy incidents, and remediation tracking.
• Conduct vendor privacy assessments and oversee third-party compliance checks.
• Provide privacy training and awareness sessions.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during privacy audits.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–9+ years of experience in Data Privacy / Data Protection.
• Technical understanding of privacy controls such as encryption, masking, DLP, IAM, data classification.
• Experience working with privacy management tools is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of global standards like GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27701, NIST privacy framework.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Preferred Certifications:

  CIPT, CIPP/E, ISO 27701
