About The Job:

Team & Role Overview

• Role is part of the Data Stewardship team (MDM)

• Position focuses on Data Stewardship

• This is not a pure BA role

Key Responsibilities

• Strong focus on data quality, secondary research, and data analysis

• Extreme emphasis on data accuracy and data quality

• 50% Operations + 50% Data-related work

• Conduct secondary research and support data analysis

• Present meaningful insights to leadership

• Coordinate with US stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams

Required Skills

• Strong data handling and analytical skills (not overly technical)

• Excel: Strong proficiency required (basic functions, lookups, pivots)

• SQL: Preferred but not mandatory

• PowerPoint: Basic proficiency required

• Communication skills: 10/10 (very critical for the role)

• Detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset

Experience Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Data-related roles (1.5 years can also fly)

• Advanced data analytics is not required

• Secondary research (domain agnostic)

• Profiles from marketing backgrounds are not suitable (this role is more operations and data-focused)

Preferred Backgrounds

• Experience with Moody’s, Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), or similar data/research firms - preferred

• Candidates with a good balance of operations + data exposure

Work & Shift Details

• Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days work from office)

• Shift: IST with overlap with EST

Contract & Interview Process

• Contract extension: Possible, but not confirmed

• Interview process: 1–2 virtual rounds (may include F2F before final decision)
