Data Ninja (BI/Analytics Specialist)

VISSH MARINE is looking for a Data Ninja to wrangle chaos into dashboards and make sense of our fleet-level data flows. Responsibilities: Build analytics models for ship performance, finance, and compliance Design beautiful, insightful dashboards (Power-BI / Tableau / custom) Transform raw data into compelling stories and action items Work with developers, product owners, and marine ops to define KPIs Occasionally explain to executives that "Excel is not a database" Requirements: 3–5+ years in data analytics or BI roles Expert in SQL, Python, data modeling Comfortable working with messy data and multiple data sources Strong visualization and communication skills Bonus Points: Experience with maritime/logistics data Real-time ingestion and data pipeline knowledge Chart design that doesn’t make people’s eyes bleed What You Get: Freedom to experiment and build Direct impact on marine tech products A company that respects data nerds Ready to turn waves of data into insight?
