Data Mining & Research Specialist

As a Data Mining & Research Specialist at ISMG, you will play a crucial role in conducting thorough research on various aspects of the ISMG subscriber base to ensure accurate and current data entry points. Your responsibilities will include: - Executing research projects using standardized and customized data sets to cater to ISMG's customer base and internal business needs. - Contributing to the management of large data sets to ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely project delivery. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide progress updates, identify challenges, and address potential roadblocks promptly. Qualifications and Preferred Experience: - A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field is preferred. - Minimum of one year of professional experience in Market Research fields. - Advanced expertise in Excel for handling complex data analysis tasks. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to other data and marketing programs. - Experience in data manipulation or quantitative research is preferred, with a strong willingness to learn if lacking experience. - Familiarity with hierarchical databases and data software packages is advantageous. - Knowledge of Power BI is a major plus. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as effective presentation abilities. - Excellent time management and project management skills. The position is based at the Delhi office, requiring mandatory in-office presence from Monday to Friday during standard hours of operation.
