Data Mining & Research Specialist

Role Overview: As a Data Mining & Research Specialist at ISMG, you will play a crucial role in contributing to various data projects by conducting thorough research on different aspects of the ISMG subscriber base. Your responsibility will include updating data entry points to ensure accuracy and relevancy of information. Key Responsibilities: - Execute research projects using standardized and customized data sets to meet ISMG's customer base and internal business needs. - Manage large data sets to maintain accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of projects. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, provide progress updates, identify challenges, and address them promptly. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of one year of professional experience in Market Research fields. - Advanced expertise in Excel for complex data analysis tasks. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn and adapt to other data and marketing programs. - Data manipulation and/or quantitative research experience preferred, with a strong desire to learn if no prior experience. - Experience with hierarchical databases and data software packages preferred. - Knowledge of Power BI considered a major advantage. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation abilities. - Effective time management and project management skills.
