About the role:

Loop Subscriptions is looking for a dedicated Implementation engineer to help us build provide exceptional product experience to our merchants pre and post onboarding. You would be responsible for taking care of any custom requests and technical assistance required by the merchants while using Loop application.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend tech operations or a related role.
• Proficiency in data management tools like Google sheets, Excel etc.
• Experience in working with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, is a significant advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently when required.
