Job Description

Job Description: You will work with Senior Data Modeler in preparing the model changes for new requirements. This includes preparing the new Entities, Relationships, and establishing Cardinalities based on the inputs from the Senior Data Modeler. You will visualize the Data Model for the Changes and conduct Impact Analysis study on the Existing entities before implementing the new Changes into the Standard Data Model. It will be your responsibility to establish/identify the partition keys for new entities in Single View of Customer models and maintain the versions of the models and data dictionary. Regular cadence with Senior Data Modeler in PACS for the Model, Mapping Changes will also be a part of your role. You must ensure regular communication with key stakeholders, understand any key concerns in how the initiative is being delivered, and escalate and manage dependencies and challenges (risks). Additionally, you will be responsible for managing timelines (milestones, decisions, and delivery) to achieve the value of the initiative without compromising quality and within budget. You will also ensure an appropriate and coordinated communications plan is in place for initiative execution and delivery, both internal and external. Qualification Required: - 02-05 years of broad experience of working with Enterprise IT applications in cloud platform and big data environments. - Certifications in Insurance Practice would be an added advantage. - Master/bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). - Fluency in written and spoken English.
