Data Management & Dialer Administration Specialist

Database Management:

• Manage rotation of existing database lists containing million+ records

• Implement proper rotation schedule: active lists for 4-5 days maximum, then 28-30 day cooling period

• Import and process new weekly leads after suppression list processing

• Monitor and analyze list performance metrics

• Reset dispositions as needed

Dialer Administration:

• Maintain DID (Direct Inward Dialing) hygiene and reputation management

• Monitor spam likelihood status across all DIDs

• Order new DIDs monthly through current provider

• Ensure clean number inventory with no extended wait times

• Monitor team connect rates and take corrective action when needed

Daily Operations:

• Continuous monitoring throughout business hours

• Add/rotate data proactively to prevent agent downtime

• Analyze performance exceptions and adjust strategies accordingly

• Maintain optimal call center efficiency and agent productivity

Required Skills:

• Experience with call center dialer systems and administration

• Strong analytical skills for database performance analysis

• Knowledge of DID management and telecommunications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Attention to detail for large-scale data management

• Proactive problem-solving approach

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in call center operations or dialer administration

• Familiarity with lead management and database rotation strategies

• Understanding of spam compliance and reputation management

• Ability to work EST hours consistently

• Strong communication skills for reporting and coordination
