Sr. DG Solution ArchitectWe are looking for a Senior Data Governance Solution Architect who can lead data consulting, solution design, and delivery for multiple clients supporting data practice role. This role requires strong technical skills along with the ability to engage with customers, support presales teams, and help win new business. You will work with clients and internal teams to design data governance strategy, frameworks, solutioning and implementation of data governance, catalogs, data quality, lineage, privacy and security and AI Governance. Ability to learn and acquire the new skills quickly and a pro-active with strong problem solving capability. Should have done multiple end to end data governance, data quality implementations. Experience with Banking customers is plus. ResponsibilitiesKey Roles & Responsibilities 1. Data Governance Architecture & StrategyDefine and leadenterprise data governance architecture aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Designend-to-end data governance frameworks , including:Data ownership and stewardship modelsPolicies, standards, and controlsOperating models and governance workflowsTranslate business and regulatory requirements intoscalable technical governance solutions .Advise clients ondata governance maturity models and roadmap development. 2. Solution Design & Implementation (Collibra & Informatica Focus)Leadend-to-end implementation of data governance solutions using:Collibra Data Intelligence Cloud (Catalog, Governance, Lineage, Privacy & Risk, AI Governance)Informatica (IDMC, Axon, Enterprise Data Catalog, Data Quality, MDM integrations)Architect and implement:Data cataloging and metadata managementBusiness glossary and policy managementTechnical and business lineageData quality rules, scorecards, and issue managementPrivacy, consent, and sensitive data classificationIntegrate Collibra and Informatica withcloud data platforms and enterprise systems.Ensure solutions aresecure, scalable, and aligned with modern data architectures . 3. Modern Data Stack EnablementDesign governance solutions formodern data stacks , including:Cloud platforms:AWS, Azure, GCPData warehouses/lakehouses:Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, SynapseData lakes and streaming platformsBI and analytics toolsEnablegovernance-by-design across CI/CD pipelines, data ingestion, and analytics workflows.Integrate governance withdata engineering, analytics, and AI/ML platforms . 4. AI, Privacy, and Security GovernanceDesign and implementAI Governance frameworks , including:Model metadata managementData lineage for AI/ML pipelinesResponsible AI controls and complianceImplementdata privacy and security governance , including:PII identification and classificationRegulatory compliance (eg, GDPR, CCPA, BCBS, SOX)Role-based access, policy enforcement, and auditability 5. Client Engagement & Consulting LeadershipAct as alead architect and trusted advisor for client engagements.Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with business, data, and IT stakeholders.Provide architectural guidance, best practices, and thought leadership.Lead and mentor delivery teams (architects, developers, consultants).Ensure successful delivery acrossmultiple concurrent client engagements . 6. Pre-Sales & Practice EnablementSupportpre-sales activities , including:Solution architecture and designRFP/RFI responsesTechnical presentations and demosCollaborate with sales and leadership to shapedata governance offerings .Contribute to practice assets, accelerators, reference architectures, and reusable frameworks.Stay current on Collibra, Informatica, and modern data ecosystem trends. Required Qualifications EducationBachelordegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Masterpreferred). Experience10+ years of overall data and analytics experience.5+ years indata governance, data management, or metadata management roles.Proven experience deliveringmultiple end-to-end data governance implementations .Strong hands-on experience with:Collibra Data Intelligence CloudInformatica (IDMC, Axon, EDC, EDQ)Experience working withbanking or financial services clients is a strong plus. Technical SkillsDeep expertise in:Data Governance, Data Catalog, Metadata ManagementData Quality, Lineage, and Master/Reference Data conceptsPrivacy, Security, and Regulatory ComplianceStrong understanding ofmodern data architectures and cloud-native platforms.Experience integrating governance tools with:Data warehouses, lakehouses, ETL/ELT tools, BI platformsKnowledge of APIs, metadata ingestion, and automation frameworks. Professional & Soft SkillsStrongclient-facing and consulting skills with executive-level communication ability.Proven ability to lead architecture discussions and influence stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability tolearn new tools and technologies quickly .Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)Collibra Certification (Ranger, Expert, or Architect)Informatica Certification (IDMC, Axon, DQ)Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) QualificationsB-Tech , MCA Essential skillsRequired Qualifications15+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or Solution Architecture.Strong experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and modern data platform design.Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, Informatica, etcExperience building scalable and cost-effective cloud-based data solutions.Good understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.Strong communication and consulting skills; able to work with multiple clients and teams.Experience in presales, proposal writing, and responding to RFPs/RFIs. Desired skillsExperience supporting presales, proposal writing, and RFP/RFI responses in an IT services environment.Exposure to AI/ML solution architectures and integrating AI capabilities within data ecosystems.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in multi-client, multi-domain environments.
