Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics cum Back Office Executive to manage day-to-day courier and dispatch operations, maintain accurate records, and handle administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth logistics operations and supporting backend documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage courier dispatches (inward and outward)
• Prepare dispatch documentation such as challans, invoices, and shipping labels
• Maintain records of courier movements, PODs (proof of delivery), and logistics partners
• Liaise with courier companies, transporters, and internal departments for timely deliveries
• Track and follow up on dispatched items to ensure on-time delivery
• Handle inventory entry, stock movement records, and filing
• Perform general back-office duties like data entry, record-keeping, and filing
• Prepare and maintain Excel reports related to dispatch and logistics
• Provide administrative support to the logistics and operations team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, courier, or related back-office work
• Basic knowledge of courier processes and documentation
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Familiarity with ERP or logistics software is a plus

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday – 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
