Key responsibilities Data input and management: Accurately enter and update various types of data into databases and systems. Data verification and correction: Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or deficiencies and make necessary corrections. Confidentiality and security: Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information and follow data integrity policies. Data preparation: Organize and prepare physical and digital documents for data entry. Database maintenance: Keep databases, records, and filing systems up to date. Reporting: Generate reports and compile data for analysis as needed. Collaboration: Communicate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Backups: Perform regular backups of data to ensure its integrity and security. Required skills and qualifications Typing: High typing speed and accuracy are critical. Accuracy: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Computer proficiency: Familiarity with software like Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry programs. Organizational skills: Ability to manage time, stay focused, and organize information efficiently. Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
