Data Entry Operator

The Data Entry Operator will manage employee records, attendance data, onboarding documents, and various databases. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, timely reporting and coordination to ensure smooth operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Data Management

• Maintain and update employee master data (personal details, documents, ID proofs).
• Update joining and exit-related records.
• Ensure all employee files are complete and well-organized.

2. Attendance & Leave Tracking

• Enter and update daily attendance in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Track leaves, late marks, overtime, weekly offs, and absences.
• Share daily/weekly attendance summary with HR Department.

5. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with HR Department, Managers, and other departments for data clarity.
• Share updated reports, trackers, and documents as per deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong command over Excel & Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables).
• High confidentiality and ethical handling of employee data.
• Strong coordination skills and disciplined time management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
