Job Title Data Entry Operator – Back-Office (Data Entry) Location Bengaluru (Bommasandra / Jigani Industrial Area) salary ₹16,500 – ₹19,500 NTH per month Working Hours & Schedule Rotational shift Rotational weekoff 6 days a week (Saturday working included)  Key Responsibilities Accurately enter, update and maintain data in company systems/digital records to support smooth operations.  Jobhai Verify data for completeness, accuracy, identify irregularities and correct or flag data issues.  Jobhai Organise and maintain both digital and physical records/files for easy retrieval.  Jobhai Generate reports or summaries for internal teams to facilitate decision-making.  Jobhai Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.  Jobhai Support various administrative or back-office tasks as required by the department. Minimum Qualifications & Experience Graduate (any discipline) or equivalent.  Jobhai 0 to 2 years of experience in data entry/back-office or relevant support role.  Jobhai Skills & Attributes Required Typing speed of at least ~30 words per minute (or equivalent proficiency) and good computer knowledge.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or MS Office (spreadsheets, basic data handling).  Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organisation skills, ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and maintain data integrity. Respect for confidentiality and data security.
