DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

As a Data Entry Operator at NAND PHARMA, your role will involve maintaining accurate records and information for the company to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of operations in the Import/Export industry. Responsibilities: - Inputting data from source documents into the company database accurately and efficiently. - Ensuring data integrity and security by performing regular data backups. - Verifying accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents. - Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations. - Updating existing data, retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested. - Performing regular data cleaning to eliminate duplicate and irrelevant information. - Assisting in organizing files and collecting data to be entered into the computer. - Responding to information requests from authorized members. Requirements: - Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Basic understanding of databases, spreadsheets, and word processing tools. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. - Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of data management and data cleaning techniques. - Experience with data entry in a fast-paced environment is a plus.,
