Data Entry Operator (DEO)

About the Role

We are hiring a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate is highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to work efficiently with minimal errors.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
• Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
• Maintain and manage confidential information with accuracy and integrity.
• Retrieve data and generate reports as requested by management.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments to collect required data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Typist, or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
• Fast typing speed with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Good communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP/CRM or database management systems.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment (scanners, printers).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,764.56 - ₹34,494.65 per month
