Job description for Data Entry Operator (DEO-ACCOUNTS): Accurately enter invoices, receipts, and other financial documents into the accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Excel, etc.). Maintain and update financial records and documentation. Assist in reconciling accounts payable and receivable. Verify data by comparing it to source documents. Maintain data confidentiality and follow company accounting policies and procedures. Generate simple financial reports and summaries as required. Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify information. Organize and file physical and electronic documents in an orderly manner. Support auditors by providing necessary documentation during audits. Perform other clerical or administrative duties as assigned by the Accounts Manager. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software Education: B.COM Experience: 1–3 years of experience in data entry, preferably in the accounts or finance department.
