Data Entry Intern

• A Data Entry Intern's job is to accurately input, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems, focusing on high accuracy, organization, and detail, often using MS Excel and Google Workspace, while also learning administrative tasks, verifying data, and managing digital files for efficient information management. Key duties include compiling data, correcting errors, managing digital records, and supporting teams with data-related tasks, making it a great entry-level role to build skills in data management.
• Key Responsibilities
• Data Input & Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), and other software.
• Data Quality: Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, correcting any discrepancies or errors.
• Organization: Organize and manage digital files, ensuring data is easily retrievable and follows set protocols.
• Research & Support: Assist teams with data research, report generation, and other administrative duties as needed.
• Digitalization: Digitize physical documents and records. Essential Skills & Qualifications
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus on accuracy and identifying inconsistencies.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks, files, and time effectively.
