Data Entry Intern

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Intern to accurately input, update, and manage data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling large volumes of information with accuracy and speed, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities: Enter, update, and verify data in various databases and systems with high accuracy.

Review data for errors or inconsistencies and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Ensure proper data backup and storage.

Prepare and sort documents for data entry.

Generate standard reports as needed.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and support operational needs.

Follow data quality and security standards and procedures.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.

Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred.

Fast typing skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software/tools.

Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team. S

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with CRM systems, ERP software, or databases.

Knowledge of data privacy and protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

Basic analytical skills and ability to spot data trends or errors.
