Data Entry Executive

Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company information in our systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and smooth operations. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Enter, update, and verify data in company systems, spreadsheets, and databases. • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. • Prepare and sort source documents for data entry. • Identify and correct errors in data before final submission. • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client data. • Generate and maintain reports, records, and documentation. • Assist with administrative support tasks including scanning, filing, and printing. • Retrieve and provide data as required by authorized personnel. • Ensure compliance with company standards and data entry procedures. ⸻ Skills & Requirements • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software/tools. • Typing speed of 40 words per minute with high accuracy. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Minimum qualificatiIons (Bachelor’s degree preferred). ⸻ Benefits • Competitive salary package. • Professional growth and development opportunities. • Supportive work environment.
