Ltd. is hiring a Data Entry Operator for its Purchase Department. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, have strong attention to detail, and be capable of handling high volumes of data related to purchasing, vendors, and inventory. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and understanding of purchase documentation will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Enter and manage purchase data including purchase orders, vendor details and bills in Excel. Maintain and update Excel reports such as vendor database, purchase tracking sheets, order status logs, and stock registers. Use Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Data Validation) to organize and analyze procurement data. Assist the purchase team in preparing comparative statements, pricing summaries, and monthly purchase reports. Track delivery timelines and coordinate with vendors for timely material receipt. Ensure high levels of accuracy and completeness in all entries. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts, etc.). Educational Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (Commerce/Business background preferred). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
