Data Entry Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across our systems to ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.
• Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct any identified issues.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all data handled.
• Generate periodic reports and summaries from data as required.
• Coordinate with relevant teams (accounts, operations, sales, etc.) to collect and verify data.
• Perform routine data quality checks to maintain integrity and consistency.
• File and organize digital/physical documents systematically.
• Support administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma preferred (not mandatory).
• Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or similar roles.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with ERP/accounting software is an advantage.
• Fast typing speed with accuracy (minimum 35–40 wpm preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills (verbal & written).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
