Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with deep knowledge of indexing, reference numbers, and serial number management. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate data entry, maintain organized records, and support efficient retrieval and tracking of information.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and record-keeping systems
Maintain, track, and verify reference numbers and serial numbers
Organize, classify, and maintain records using indexing systems for easy retrieval and audit purposes
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness
Assist in streamlining record management and data entry processes
Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation as required
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Should be Graduate preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or record management
Proven experience in data entry with strong expertise in indexing, reference numbers, and serial number management
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets
Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently
Familiarity with database systems or ERP software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
