Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Enter and maintain accurate financial data in accounting software and Excel.
Record invoices, bills, vouchers, receipts, and payments.
Assist in accounts payable and receivable entries.
Update ledgers and maintain proper documentation.
Reconcile data entries with physical and digital records.
Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounts closing activities.
Coordinate with accounts and finance teams for data verification.
Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy at all times.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry tools.
Familiarity with accounting software (Tally ERP preferred).
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic communication skills.
Willingness to learn accounting processes.
Use MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
Maintain fast and accurate typing skills

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting or Any Degree

Skills Required

Tally ERP (or equivalent accounting software) – strong working knowledge.
Good understanding of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and charts).
Typing speed: Minimum 30–40 words per minute.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
