Job Description

1.Make Daily RMA material Inward-Outward Entry in Excel Sheet. 2.Client calls handling. 3.Assign repairing devices tickets to repairing engineer and take follow up on this. 4.Dispatch of repairing material to respective clients and keep courier record of it. 5.For out of warranty deceives give repairing charges quotation to the client. 6.Provide basic troubleshooting steps to client for issue. 7.Align engineer at site for Handover sites. 8.Prepare material Outward delivery challan and keep record of it. 9.Maintain engineers visit reports for handover sites. 10.Maintain DEMO material record. 11.Take follow up from clients for returning of demo material. 12.Maintain this record in CRM. 13.Interaction with clients for product Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for sites. 14.Maintain all records of AMC sites. 15.Prepare AMC Proposals and work on it. 16.Keep record of RMA Import-Export material.
