Data Entry Cum Trainer

Data Entry Responsibilities: Accurately input daily sales data (fuel, lubricants, accessories, etc.) into the computer system. Maintain and update records of stock levels, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies. Process and record payments from customers, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Enter employee attendance and payroll-related information. Maintain records of fuel deliveries and reconcile them with sales data. Input and manage customer loyalty program data. Assist with data entry for inventory management and ordering. Ensure the confidentiality and security of all data. Perform regular data backups and checks for errors. Assist with other administrative tasks involving data entry as needed. Training Responsibilities: Assist in the development of training materials for new and existing staff on data entry procedures and the petrol pump's point-of-sale (POS) system. Conduct training sessions for new employees on data entry protocols, software usage, and reporting procedures. Provide refresher training to existing staff on any updates to the data entry system or processes. Train staff on the proper handling of different payment methods and reconciliation procedures. Educate staff on the importance of data accuracy and its impact on overall operations. Offer guidance and support to staff members who have questions or encounter difficulties with data entry tasks. Assist in training staff on basic customer service skills related to payment processing and receipt generation. Potentially train staff on basic inventory management procedures and reporting.
