Location: 100% Remote (India)

Contract: 12 months (extension up to 24 months possible)

About the Client

Our client is a global advisory firm working at the intersection of data, security, and emerging technology risk, supporting organisations with audit-ready data foundations across cryptography, compliance, and resilience programmes.

Role Overview

We're hiring multiple hands-on Data Engineers support long-running programmes focused on CBOM, cryptographic assurance, and quantum-risk readiness. These roles are execution-driven, combining data engineering, validation, and governance to produce regulator- and audit-grade artefacts.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and operate data pipelines for CBOM and cryptographic metadata
• Validate supplier and system data to ensure traceability and audit readiness
• Produce governance artefacts (lineage, provenance, evidence packs, dashboards)
• Implement automation, testing, and CI/CD for data quality
• Translate data findings into remediation actions with delivery teams

Required Experience

• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT and production data pipelines
• Tools such as Spark, Airflow, dbt, Kafka, or similar
• Strong data skills: modelling, quality, observability, documentation
• Experience on cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Exposure to CBOM, cryptography, compliance, or security-driven data programmes (preferred)
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, risk, and assurance teams

Travel Requirement

• Role is remote-first from India
• Occasional international travel may be required to support programme delivery
