Job Description:

As a Data Engineering Intern, you will work on enterprise-grade data engineering projects while gaining hands-on experience with modern data ecosystems and AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) as per projects.
Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data to support AI, analytics, and ML use cases.
Assist senior data engineers, architects on data engineering activities.
Optimize data workflows for accuracy, performance, scalability, and reliability.
Work on end-to-end data pipeline with exposure to SaaS and Open source platforms.
Documenting the pipeline process and SOPs.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database management systems.
Solid analytical and problem-solving capability.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced project environments.
Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for data engineering and cloud technologies.
Enthusiasm to work on enterprise solutions and real business challenges.

Basic familiarity with:

Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Big Data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop – preferred)
ML/AI frameworks
