Important Note: Please read this post carefully. We are hiring fresh minds only who are eager to learn, adapt, and embrace challenges. The first 2 months of internship will be unpaid, followed by a stipend-based internship. After completion of 6 months, performance will be evaluated and the role may be converted to a full-time position.

Role Summary

As a Data Engineer Intern, you will work closely with AI developers to design, build, and optimize data pipelines that power intelligent systems. You will help integrate AI services into both frontend and backend architectures, ensuring seamless data flow and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining robust data pipelines for AI and analytics workflows.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) operations.
• Support database design, data cleansing, and performance optimization.
• Implement APIs and data connectors for model-to-app communication.
• Monitor data quality, availability, and performance metrics.
• Document processes and contribute to improving internal data frameworks.

Must-have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (pursuing or completed).
• Basic understanding of Python, SQL, and data structures.
• Familiarity with database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Understanding of data pipelines, ETL concepts, or cloud platforms is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn AI model integration and data engineering best practices.

Preferred / Nice-to-have

• Exposure to tools like Apache Airflow, Spark, or Kafka.
• Understanding of REST APIs and backend integration.
• Familiarity with AI workflows or ML model deployment.
• Knowledge of Docker or Git version control.

• Office hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
