Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Data Engineer - Databricks. As a Data Engineer intern, you will contribute to designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines using Databricks. Daily tasks include data modeling, developing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) workflows, maintaining data warehouses, and analyzing complex datasets to support business intelligence needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to delivering high-quality data solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Data Engineering, including building and managing data pipelines
• Strong understanding of Data Modeling and Data Warehousing concepts
• Experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes
• Analytical skills for working with Data Analytics to derive actionable insights
• Familiarity with Databricks and cloud data platforms is beneficial
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in computer science, data science, or a related field is preferred
