Additionally, it provides online tools for Hardship Assessment (HAM). As a DevOps Specialist in this team, your responsibilities will include constructing and managing deployment pipelines, ensuring security patching, maintaining infrastructure, and establishing best practices for code deployment and migration. Your role as an Engineer involves developing innovative solutions for the bank, refining operational processes at ANZ, and actively contributing as a Squad member to fulfill the Squads" mission. **Role Type:** Permanent **Location:** Bengaluru **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and oversee the delivery of projects aimed at business growth and enhanced efficiency. - Maintain the health and stability of production systems. - Cultivate strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to grasp business priorities and maximize value. - Drive and offer solutions for strategic initiatives and changes, aiding in understanding their vision and advantages. - Proactively identify and advocate for opportunities for process enhancement and change, securing support from stakeholders. - Promote a robust risk culture by managing functional and non-functional risks in a proactive and timely manner. **Requirements:** To excel in this role, you should ideally possess the following: - 4-6 years of DevOps experience with proficiency in Jenkins and GitHub. - Demonstrated expertise in constructing deployment pipelines using tools like CodeFresh. - Familiarity with Experian product suites and knowledge of their security vulnerabilities is advantageous. - Strong understanding of Cloud technologies, DevOps methodologies, Agile, Scrum, Release Management, and Project Management. - Sound knowledge of Investment Banking operations, particularly in Data Management. - Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, coach, and nurture others.
