About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to design and implement an AI agent system that processes multi-source user engagement data (events, webinars, ebooks, emails, articles) into structured, account-level intent insights. This role is ideal for someone passionate about backend architecture, large-scale data processing, and AI-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement modular backend agents for multiple data sources (events, webinars, ebooks, emails, articles).
• Develop company normalization workflows using domains, names, and metadata (regex, fuzzy logic, lookups).
• Aggregate user activity data at a company level to generate structured insights.
• Implement AI/LLM-based topic inference models using prompt-driven configurations.
• Ensure scalable, modular, and reusable architecture (agent per data source).
• Write structured outputs to a central database (e.g., MongoDB) with company-level engagement mapping.
• Maintain data security by adhering to controlled read/write access only.

Requirements

• Strong experience with backend development (Node.js / Python / Java / Go).
• Hands-on experience with databases (MongoDB preferred).
• Solid understanding of data normalization, aggregation, and transformation pipelines.
• Familiarity with LLM integration and prompt engineering is a strong plus.
• Experience building modular, scalable, and reusable backend systems.
• Knowledge of regex/fuzzy matching algorithms for entity resolution.
• Strong debugging, optimization, and performance-tuning skills.
