Looking for a candidate for a role of Data Conversion Analyst:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform

  data conversion tasks

  from various formats (including PDF to Excel or other required formats).
• Conduct

  clerical verification and cross-checking

  to ensure accuracy of converted data.
• Adapt to

  new tools, processes, or assignments

  as per team or project requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with managers and follow work instructions carefully.
• Maintain

  data confidentiality and accuracy

  in all deliverables.
• Communicate clearly in

  English

  (written and verbal) to understand and execute assigned tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  Graduate or recently passed-out candidate (any discipline).

• Experience:

  01 year of experience in data entry, data conversion, or similar clerical work.

• Skills Required:

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel).
• Ability to read and understand the data conversion work assigned.

• Strong attention to detail and patience is must in repetitive tasks.

• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to changing work needs.

Preferred Attributes:

• Positive attitude and team spirit.
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent in meeting deadlines.
• Ability to handle simple data-related tasks with minimal supervision.

Our Hiring Process

If the profile of a candidate gets shortlisted, the hiring team will get in touch within 72 hours. The initial shortlisting will be followed by 2 rounds of interviews (Technical round & Interaction with Senior Management). Post Final Selection, there will be an interaction with the HR representative. This process may take 10-15 working days.
